Buff is a highly shimmery blush with a peachy tone to it. Like all the Tarte blushes, it's highly pigmented and super creamy. Its ability to blend well into the skin makes for a smooth and effortless look without looking too made-up. Not much product is needed for an all-over application of blush; if anything, the less you see on your brush is probably better. Ha ha. 

The blush is very subtle but still flattering. It really appears natural and a bit nude but supplies you with a peachy sheen. I love Tarte blushes and this one is no exception. It's creamy, blendable, and highly pigmented. I only have shimmery blushes from them, so my next purchase will be a matte shade. (: What do you think?
