H&M Shopping Experience

Hey everyone. So I know yesterday I posted about the lush of the discount for H&M, but I seriously have a bone to pick with them. I've ordered from them twice and both times I've had items be out of stock and I really would have thought that they would be more organized than this. It's slightly hard to believe you would sell to a customer and item that you don't have (or don't know that you don't have). It's just that this time, literally half the items I ordered were unavailable. Sure they refunded me but it's still annoying. >:(
