Smoking Champagne Eye Tutorial

So you've seen the look, but you haven't learned how to achieve it just yet. Thanks to Glossybox, subscribers received a lovely, shimmery shadow pencil in a taupe-ish champagne color. It's not overly shimmery where your eyes look watery all day, but it's more of a glam kind of shimmer. Overlayed with shadow, you go from matte to magical.
For this look, I used (in order of use):
Pixi Lash Booster Mascara
Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Paula's Choice Nude Mattes Palette (colors shown below)
Sumita Champagne Eye Shadow Pencil
L'Oreal Carbon Black Telescopic Liquid Liner
Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara
Mally Volumizing Mascara
Duo Lash Adhesive
House of Lashes in Noir Fairy
All brushes featured are EcoTools.
Just to clarify a few things, I put on mascara before I do my brows so it can dry appropriately before I start putting shadow on. I think waiting for mascara to dry is my arch nemesis. Lol. Just kidding! xD Let's get started!

  1. Prime your lids, make sure to get the tearducts and lower lash line. I use Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
  2. Grab your crease brush and add the light brown color above your crease. Make sure to blend it out. I went over it a few times to add more intensity.
  3. Take the Sumita Champagne pencil and apply it to your lids. You don't have to be too neat.
  4. Apply to your lower lash line, again, don't worry about it being too neat. It's sheer enough to where you can't tell too much if you overdo it.
  5. Take the darkest brown and apply it to the outer area of your lids. Blend it inwards along your crease.
  6. With an angled liner brush, take the same shade and line the outer area of your lower lash line.
  7. Take the lightest shade and apply it to your brow bone.
  8. Take the shimmery shade and apply it to your tearducts.
  9. Tightline with Sumita's Kala liner
  10. Line your lower lash line with the same liner.
  11. Take the black shadow and line the inner corner of your lash line.
  12. Using L'Oreal's Carbon Black Telescopic Liquid Liner, create a wing of your choice.
  13. Apply your favorite lashes. For this look I used House of Lashes in Noir Fairy.
  14. For some extra length, apply Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara to your lower lashes (it is volumizing, but I feel like it adds a bit of length, hehe).
  15. To help define and volumize your lower lashes, use Mally Beauty's Volumizing Mascara.
  16. VOILA! You're done. :D
